Welcome back to my racing blog! This weekend was an exhilarating experience at the Circuito Bronco Ruta Corta 2022. Racing on the second day of this two-day event was nothing short of a thrill, especially after spending an exciting Friday at the Malecon for the pre-race revision.
The Pre-Race Excitement
The atmosphere was electric as we got all checked in and prepared for race day. The anticipation was palpable among the competitors, and I was no exception. It’s always a mix of nerves and excitement before the race starts, but that’s part of what makes it so exhilarating.
The Race
In the #utvkids category, 27 kids lined up at the start, with me in the 23rd position. It’s always a challenge starting further back, but that’s where the real fun begins. Racing in my trusty RZR200, I navigated through the pack, focusing on each turn and every opportunity to overtake.
The race was a fantastic display of skill and determination. Battling with four other cars for several laps was the highlight of my race. There’s something incredibly satisfying about gaining ground, overtaking, and defending your position – it’s what racing is all about!
The Result
I finished in an impressive 10th place! Starting from 23rd and making my way up to 10th was an achievement that I am incredibly proud of. It’s a testament to not just my driving skills but also the capability of the RZR200, which was a star performer throughout the race.
A Special Thanks
A huge shoutout to my copilot, Payne, who stepped in to help me at the last minute. Your guidance and support were invaluable, and I couldn’t have done it without you.
